If the time is already busy, an operator will contact you to reschedule, according to the availability of your schedule.2 - Follow-up of revisionsThrough the APP, you can view the revisions that were made at your dealership, as well as, be notified about the next revisions, planned for your registered vehicles.3 - Vehicle Mileage UpdateThrough the App, you will be able to update the vehicles current mileage information, being notified with greater precision about its next revisions.4 - ResearchTake the satisfaction surveys generated by Servopa directly on your device.5 - Contact usYou will be able to send messages directly to Servopa, which will be received and worked on by the service team. Your messages will be part of the concessionaires indicators, helping to improve the processes applied by it.6 - NotificationsYou will be able to receive notifications generated by Servopa on your device, such as promotions and new business opportunities related to your vehicle, birthday congratulations and occasional campaigns, generated by the Marketing team.7 - Recurring alertsYou can be reminded regularly about checking the Oil Level, Tire Calibration and Water Level. The App stores the last check, and will notify you of the next check date, keeping your vehicle up to date with basic maintenance items.
